In my own words:
I have two theories about life...."Everything happens for a reason"..."Life is what you make it". I stand strong in my belief that all the good and bad in life happens to us to make us who we are.
I took art as an elective in college and couldn't even draw a stick man. I was a pre-med student at Millsaps with a full scholarship. During my junior year I suffered from a brain injury that caused seizures for many years. I had a long hard recovery that left me only with memory problems...but who doesn't have those? They say that when one part of your brain is injured, other parts of your brain will over compensate for the damage. So this is my gift from GOD. I take no credit for my artwork, and sometimes don't remember what I did to make the creations. These are not just pieces of art, they are an opening of emotion, that causes a feeling for the person whose life it enters.
